The Need
Faculty raises average 2.8% annually, lagging cost-of-living increases. It is critical to provide resources to recognize top talent while maintaining a balanced budget and limiting tuition increases.
The Solution
We will create a comprehensive Faculty Investment Fund, a flexible set of assets that will focus on recruiting top industry talent while retaining and empowering our best faculty to meet their full potential. Recognizing our strongest teachers, investing in continued educational pursuits and providing financial support in times of crisis are all ways that we will support faculty members who exemplify Latin’s timeless, dynamic spirit.
Access and Affordability
The Need
We want to fill our classrooms with the best students from all backgrounds. Building a diverse student body will serve to create relationships and inspire discussions that build empathy and expand world views.
The Solution
We will increase our investment in scholarships to offer aid to students who would otherwise be unable to benefit from a Charlotte Latin education. This will allow us to attract even more exceptional students, regardless of means.
